Initial consultations are free of charge and are not subject to this policy. For paid services, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed at the time of cancellation, as agreed in your individual service contract.

Refund requests should be sent in writing to hello@westbridgeconsultancy.com. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

We do not offer refunds for outcomes outside our control, such as a university or government authority declining an application or visa.
